Op 22-02-2022 is Immobilia Real Estate B.V. getroffen door hackers. Onbevoegden hebben zichzelf toegang gegeven tot het bedrijfsnetwerk van Immobilia. Daarbij is het mogelijk dat zij inzage hebben gehad in de computerbestanden en mogelijk ook kopieën hebben gemaakt van deze bestanden.
Al hoewel Immobilia sinds de invoering van de wet AVG zeer zorgvuldig om gaat met persoonsgegevens en uitsluitend werkt volgens de richtlijnen van de wet en de branchevereniging, is het toch zeer goed mogelijk dat onbevoegden inzage hebben gehad in persoonsgegevens en deze mogelijk hebben buit gemaakt.
Ondanks dat Immobilia ook deze digitale inbraak met de grootste zorgvuldigheid heeft opgepakt en direct een gespecialiseerd Security/Cyber ICT bedrijf heeft ingeschakeld, is niet vast komen te staan of er daadwerkelijk gegevens zijn buitgemaakt.
Immobilia heeft de beveiliging van haar computer netwerk altijd hoog staan. Uiteraard zijn alle maatregelen en procedures direct aangescherpt waarmee is voorkomen dat onbevoegden nog langer via het beveiligingslek toegang tot het netwerk hebben. Zo is onder andere 2-staps verificatie inloggen ingesteld bij applicaties waar dat nog niet gebruikt werd en zal zeer spoedig ook 2-staps verificatie worden ingesteld op de VPN verbinding.
Inmiddels is ook de toezichthoudende Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens van dit datalek in kennis gesteld.
Wat de gevolgen van deze inbreuk voor de klanten en relaties van Immobilia betekent is niet bekend omdat niet bekend is of er daadwerkelijk gegevens zijn gestolen. Mocht iemand toch gevolgen ondervinden van deze inbreuk, dan kan hij/zij zich melden bij de functionaris gegevensbescherming van Immobilia. De gegevens vindt u hieronder.

The supervisory authority for personal data has now also been informed of this data breach.
It is not known what the consequences of this infringement will mean for Immobilia's customers and relations, because it is not known whether data has actually been stolen. W dniu 22-02-2022 Immobilia Real Estate B.V. uderzony przez hakerów. Osoby nieuprawnione umożliwiły sobie dostęp do sieci korporacyjnej Immobilia. Możliwe jest również, że mieli dostęp do plików komputerowych i mogli również wykonać kopie tych plików.
Choć Immobilia od czasu wprowadzenia RODO bardzo ostrożnie obchodzi się z danymi osobowymi i działa wyłącznie zgodnie z wytycznymi prawa i stowarzyszenia branżowego, bardzo możliwe, że osoby nieuprawnione miały dostęp do danych osobowych i mogły je wykraść.
Pomimo tego, że Immobilia również z największą starannością wychwyciła tę cyfrową intruzję i od razu zaangażowała wyspecjalizowaną firmę Security/Cyber ICT, nie ustalono, czy dane rzeczywiście zostały skradzione.
Immobilia zawsze dbała o wysoki poziom bezpieczeństwa swojej sieci komputerowej. Oczywiście wszystkie środki i procedury zostały natychmiast zaostrzone, aby uniemożliwić osobom niepowołanym dostęp do sieci przez dziurę w zabezpieczeniach. Na przykład weryfikacja dwuetapowa logowania została skonfigurowana dla aplikacji, w których nie była jeszcze używana, a weryfikacja dwuetapowa zostanie wkrótce skonfigurowana również dla połączenia VPN.
O naruszeniu danych został również poinformowany organ nadzorczy ds. danych osobowych.
Nie wiadomo, jakie będą konsekwencje tego naruszenia dla klientów i relacji Immobilii, ponieważ nie wiadomo, czy dane rzeczywiście zostały skradzione. Jeśli mimo to ktoś poniesie konsekwencje tego naruszenia, może zgłosić się do inspektora ochrony danych Immobilia. Szczegóły znajdziesz poniżej.
